Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No, you don’t have to pay any shipping charges for transactions worth Rs.1000 and above. While shipping charges of Rs.100 apply on any purchase worth up to Rs.1000.
By when will I receive the ordered products?
Local orders with in Bangalore – 2-3 business days.
Regional and National orders – 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
These time lines are indicative and may vary based on the exact location and season.
What is the mode of delivery?
We work with reputed third party courier companies to deliver your orders across major pin codes in India. In the rare case that our courier partners do not service your location we work with India Post. We will confirm this with you before we process your order.
How do I pay for my order?
We use Payu, a third party payment gateway, through which you can make the payment using major debit and credit cards and Net Banking options across major banks. We currently do not accept international credit cards.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option?
No, we don’t have the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
What should I do if my payment doesn’t get through or fails?

Can I cancel an order?
Though the Full of Toys website does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 8884555582 within 2 hours of placing the order with your Order Number, to cancel it, (failing which you will be charged reverse shipping fees Rs.250). If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount within 2 working days.
Can I modify or change my order?
Our helpful and friendly Customer Service Executives are always at your service in case you want to modify your order. Just call +91 8884555582 within 2 hours of placing the order(failing which you will be charged reverse shipping fees Rs.250 in case of order cancelation/order reject).
I’ve cancelled an order. By when can I expect a refund?
Once your order has been cancelled, we will process the refund in 2 working days. All refunds would be through NEFT transfer/cheque deposit in your Bank Account and no cash payments will be made in lieu of the same.

In which cases can I return the product?
You can return a product in the following two scenarios:
1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit. While Full of Toys does have a highly stringent Quality Control Check; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed.
2. Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color etc.
3. Manufacturer Defect.
To return or exchange a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered item please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at 8884555582 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, date of transaction and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item in question.
Our customer case team will look into the issue and revert back within 2 working days.
If you want to return the product for any other reason apart from the above-mentioned ones, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery.
What is the Returns procedure?
Call our Customer Service on +91 8884555582 between 10.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. (IST) from Monday to Saturday. You can also email us at email@example.com and mention the details of the return.
Once your Returns Request is validated , we will send you an email authorizing a return, along with the return shipment label. Please stick the label on the parcel of the product that will be returned ( Kindly pack the parcel carefully so that product does not get damaged in transit). A convenient date will be scheduled for the reversal pick up.
In a rare case, due to logistical constraints, if we are unable to collect a return and you’ve arranged for the same, you will be reimbursed your shipping costs. Remember, we must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. If the pick-up is being arranged by us via one of our authorized courier partners, kindly facilitate the handover from your delivery address within 48 hours of receipt of the authorization email.
After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, Your refund/ replacement request will be processed. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.
