Toy Conquest endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
Refunds and exchange will ONLY be offered if the product is incorrectly delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) OR has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. NO request for refund and exchange will be entertained for size issues.
To return or exchange a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered item please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +1 808-369-9777 or email us at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item in question.
Toy Conquest will not bear shipping cost for any returns. However the cost of re shipping for damaged/defective items will be borne by Toy Conquest.
Our customer case team will look into the issue and revert back within 4 working days.
Given the nature of our products, we reserve the right of sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each refund or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
There will be 3 failed delivery attempts made by our shipping agency after which the goods will be returned to us. If the goods remains undelivered after 3 attempts no refund is possible.
No refund will be given if the customer provided a wrong or incomplete address, due to which the package remains undelivered and/or if the package is refused by the recipients.
In case of International Orders if a customer declines to pay any customs duty as may be applicable in the country where shipment is to be delivered and does not accept his/her order from the Shipping agency (eg. DHL, Fedex etc.) , then Toy Conquest will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders.
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
