Do I have to pay shipping charges?
No, you don’t have to pay any shipping charges for transactions worth Rs.500 and above. While shipping charges of Rs.50 apply on any purchase worth up to Rs.500.
By when will I receive the ordered products?
If you have purchased online, with a Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash on Delivery, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed. Normally, we dispatch the product on the same day. Delivery times vary based on the address. We expect the product to be delivered in 3 to 7 working days.
If the item needs to be shipped internationally, please allow a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
What is the mode of delivery?
We work with Tier I courier companies to ensure fast, secure and hassle-free delivery. Depending on your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers.
How do I pay for my order?
We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient to you. The options are:
– Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash on Delivery.
– You can also pay through PayU, our payment gateway service provider within India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option?

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
Can I cancel an order?
Though the Full of Toys website does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 92435 60606 at the earliest (within 8 hours of placing the order) with your Order Number, to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount within 14 working days.
Can I modify or change my order?
Our helpful and friendly Customer Service Executives are always at your service in case you want to modify your order. Just call +91 92435 60606. We will also be happy to help you if you want to update your shipping address. If you decide to cancel your order, please call us within 8 hours of placing the order, failing which you will be charged reverse shipping fees.
I’ve cancelled an order. By when can I expect a refund?
Once your order has been cancelled, we will process the refund in 14 working days. All refunds would be through NEFT transfer/cheque deposit in your Bank Account and no cash payments will be made in lieu of the same.

In which cases can I return the product?
You can return a product in the following two scenarios:
1. A product is damaged, possibly in transit. While Full of Toys does have a highly stringent Quality Control Check; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed.
2. Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color and / or size.
If you want to return the product for any other reason apart from the above-mentioned ones, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery.
What is the Returns procedure?
Call our Customer Service on +91 92435 60606 between 10.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. (IST) from Monday to Saturday. You can also email us at email@example.com and mention the details of the return.
Once your Returns Request is validated over phone, we will send you an email authorizing a return, along with the address for the same. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. To be eligible for the return, kindly use one of our associated courier partners to send us back the product. In a rare case, due to logistical constraints, if we are unable to collect a return and you’ve arranged for the same, you will be reimbursed your shipping costs after an approval from our Quality Assurance Team. Remember, we must receive the package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email. If the pick-up is being arranged by us via one of our authorized courier partners, kindly facilitate the handover from your delivery address within 48 hours of receipt of the authorization email.
After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace the product. If the product is not available, we will issue a merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.

No information such as credit / debit card details or online bank account information, etc., is stored in our database. These details are directly entered by you into the bank payment gateways, which are 100% secure. We do not handle this sensitive data or store it.
